Brad Love is a firm believer that "it's the people who make the difference" in any banking relationship. In fact, that's what made him decide that Citizens National was a good fit for him in his career.
"I was immediately drawn to this bank because of the extremely high caliber of employees we have working here. Not only do our bank employees have an incredible amount of expertise in their areas of specialty, but they are simply outstanding people in general. I enjoy working here and feel as if there are so many opportunities for me to grow both personally and professionally."
As Brad takes care of his customers, he demonstrates the difference that "good people" can make by delivering personal and individualized attention to each person that he assists.
"I strive to listen to each customer that I work with so that I can understand what they are trying to achieve and give them a realistic process to get there," he says. "Today's economy presents so many challenges to small-business owners and individuals alike. I believe it's important for them to have a banker who can do more than take orders. They need someone who can offer them solutions," he adds.
While Brad has spent over seven years in banking in the Jackson market, he and his family have really enjoyed coming home to Kosciusko, where his wife and he grew up and where they both graduated.
He and his family enjoy attending First Baptist Church in Kosciusko. Brad also serves the community as a board member of the Kosciusko Attala Partnership and the Kosciusko School District. In his free time, Brad enjoys hunting and playing golf; however, he mentions that their kids keep them plenty busy, and so a lot of his time is spent with his family.
Brad also speaks very proudly of his parents who helped develop him into the person he is today. His father holds the distinction of being one of the longest tenured Chancery Court Judges in the area, having served Attala, Winston, Neshoba, and Carroll Counties for over 30 years.
As Brad says, "It's the people who make the difference," and he is one banker who goes the extra mile to help his customers to be as successful as possible.
