As an executive or medical professional, you need a Private Banker who understands that your time is valuable, and that you have very specialized needs when it comes to your finances.
How about a banker with 15 years of experience in the field of health care who has served as both a director of operations and a physician recruitment specialist at hospitals in our area during the course of her career?
We're pleased to introduce you to Jeana Bennett, a true "fireball" when it comes to working hard for her clients. "I love a challenge and I'm incredibly tenacious," Jeana said. "When one of my clients asks me to help them achieve a financial goal, I'm driven to help them accomplish it. I'm also a strong believer in teamwork, and I thrive on collaborative efforts with fellow team members to get the job done right.
"I'm also thrilled to be a part of a bank that has developed such a rich history over the past 132 years, and which is led by a CEO like Archie McDonnell. He has such vision, and his family has built a financial institution that is based on integrity, respect, and ethics. I truly admire that."
Describing herself as a "fun-loving workaholic," Jeana believes in living life to the fullest. Away from the office, she is an avid deer and raccoon hunter as well as a skilled water-skier, and she enjoys taking it all in with her family.
She has been married to her husband Bo for 35 years and has two children, Bonnie and Brandon, and three grandchildren, Ridge, Presley Ann, and Collins.
On a typical weekend, all the Bennett crew enjoys getting together as much as possible to watch sporting events or spend time at their camp house. Speaking of sporting events, just ask Jeana who her favorite college team is, and she will quickly respond by saying, "Roll Tide!" That makes perfect sense considering that she majored in Marketing and Communications at the University of Alabama. She warned us, however, that you just might overhear her cheering "Hail State!" when her daughter's college team hits the gridiron…as long as it's not playing Alabama.
We also asked her what her favorite color is, and she said, "Camouflage with a splash of purple." By the way, she wasn't kidding about the "purple" part. Visit her office, and she's likely to be writing with a purple pen that fits inside a purple padfolio, and maybe even wearing a dress of the same color.
With a true love for Meridian, Jeana served as Director of Lauderdale County Tourism and has held additional marketing and sales-related positions in the community. She and her family are members of Central United Methodist Church where she served on the SPRC Committee, and she has been very involved with the State Games of Mississippi, Meridian Youth Softball Organizationand Mississippi Distinguished Young Women program. She is a current lifetime member of the Junior Auxiliary of Meridian, a member of Ducks Unlimited Queen City Chapter, EC Health Net Community Advisory Committee and EMBDC Womens' Alliance of Meridian. She was also recognized as Woman of the Year by The Meridian Star in 2018.
She's ready to meet with her Private Banking clients at their home, office, or anywhere in between. She can serve as your central point of contact at the Bank, and she is supported by an entire team of banking professionals. So, let her put her expertise to work for you today!
