Citizens National Bank is truly fortunate that Lance Peacock has recently joined our DeSoto County team. With his in-depth experience in finance and treasury management, Lance has a unique understanding of cash flow and all other aspects of running a successful business.
For example, he most recently worked in the Memphis area where he managed treasury operations for a franchise of ninety-five Burger King stores in nine states. Prior to assuming that position, he also served in a similar capacity with a multi-state network of 48 skilled nursing facilities.
Now, he is enjoying the opportunity provide value to his banking customers at CNB. “One of my greatest strengths is building relationships,” Lance said. “I strive to be personable and work hard to understand my customer’s individual needs,” he added.
A May 2002 graduate of Mississippi State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Information Systems, Lance also completed studies through the Mississippi School of Banking as well as the LSU Graduate School of Banking. In 2010, Lance earned his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation which demonstrates in depth knowledge and skills for critical functions related to corporate liquidity, capital and risk management.
With all of his accomplishments, Lance still says that marrying his wife Hollie 11 years ago, was one of the best decisions he ever made. They have two sons – Ethan, who is 8, and Bailey, who is 3, and the family attends Hope Community Church in Olive Branch. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing a round of golf as time permits.
Active in the community, he enjoys serving as a Board Member and Volunteer Coordinator for the Hernando-DeSoto Habitat for Humanity.
