My goal is to create a community banking experience for customers while providing the tools needed to help them achieve financial success.

With nine years of banking experience to her credit, Melody Rosenbaum does an excellent job of bringing in new customers to our Bank and cultivating existing relationships.  Recently, we asked her about her formula for success, and she commented as follows:  “It’s a result of asking my customers the right questions and actively listening in order to provide sound financial advice.  Having grown up in a family owned business environment, I feel as though I have a better understanding of what an owner experiences through the lifespan of a business,” she added.

A 2009 graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, Melody received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  As a CNB Relationship Banker, she is driven to achieve results and be a team player – similar to the initiative that earned her a softball scholarship at USM.

Being involved in the community is so important to Melody. She currently holds a position on the Steering Committee of the Madison County Young Professionals and Secretary of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce. She was recognized as one of the Madison City Top 10 Under 40 in 2019 and she is a graduate of the Leadership Madison County Class of 2018-2019.

Melody also continues to enjoy the outdoors through golf and snow skiing, however, she and her husband, Grant, stay busy these days with their son, Ace, who was born in August 2018 and she is expecting her second child.

When you ask others around the Bank to describe her, they say she is compassionate, hard-working, and outgoing. Here at Citizens National Bank, we are fortunate to have someone like Melody on our team, so be sure and give her a call today!
