Management Trainee Program
The Citizens National Bank Management Trainee Program is a 12-month rotational program for top-tier recent college graduates. Trainees will be given a unique and diverse experience involving the bank's overall business, operations, policies, and practices. Trainees will receive close mentorship from managers and advisors, participate in leadership and community activities, and participate in specific projects and solutions for different business areas of the organization.
Key Program Components:
Mentoring with experienced bankers throughout key areas of the bank
Professional development and career guidance
Leadership and community involvement
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or accounting with a preferred 3.0 GPA,
OR a letter of recommendation from a recent professor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective listening and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Full salary and benefits
12-month term at our corporate headquarters in Meridian, MS
Gaining knowledge of consumer, business, and lending products, plus insight into bank administration
Rotation throughout key areas of the bank including retail, commercial, corporate, and sales support
Participation in bank-related local community events
Program graduate can select their top three choices from a list of qualifying positions available at any of our branch locations throughout Mississippi.
Management will work with program graduate to make best placement choices.
