CNB's Meridian Region Announces Key Appointments

"We are excited to announce that Russell Huntley has been promoted to serve as Market President for Philadelphia, and he will continue to serve as a Relationship Banker for the entire Meridian Region. Russell has worked in the Philadelphia market for over two years and continues to build relationships throughout the community," Neil said. "His diverse experience in the banking industry also gives him an advantage to help customers in a variety of ways. We are proud to see Russell’s progress and we are looking forward to some great things with his leadership at both Philadelphia Main and Highway 15 branches," Neil added.
Huntley joined the Bank in April 2010 as an officer trainee and was promoted in May 2011 to market the Bank's business banking services as a Cash Management Sales Officer. He also gained valuable experience as a Credit Analyst in CNB's Credit Administration Department. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree as well as an MBA, and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout through his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife, Randi, are members of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, and his community involvement includes service as a board member to the Boys and Girls Club of East Mississippi.

Kim Posey has been promoted to the position of an Assistant Bank Manager in Philadelphia. Neil
commented that "Kim brings a winning attitude and a great amount of experience to assist our customers. She has always performed at a high level and takes pride in assisting our customers. This service will continue and Kim is excited for the new challenge," he added.
Posey joined the Bank in December 1997 as a CSR at Philadelphia Main and was promoted in 2001 to the position of a loan services representative. In 2007, she was promoted to the position of a Personal Banker where she has been serving the Bank since that time. Originally from Carthage, Posey is a graduate of Carthage High School and has also attended East Central Community College as well as Mississippi State University. A member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church, Posey has one daughter, Chandler, who is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at East Central MS Community College.

Shawnda Grace has joined CNB as the West Meridian Bank Manager. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, she and her husband Steve, have lived in the Collinsville area for the past 11 years, and they are proud parents of a 4 year old daughter Anna Claire. "We are so pleased to have Shawnda join our team," Neil said. "She brings lots of energy and fifteen years of banking experience to her position, and she is very excited to be serving our customers as Bank Manager of both our West Meridian and College Park Branches, having served most recently as a Bank Manager at Trustmark Bank’s branch in downtown Meridian. She is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology.
