David Najera Promoted

David Najera was recently promoted to Mortgage Operations Team Lead at CNB’s Loan Operations Center.  In July of 2018, David was placed in the Management Trainee Program where trained specifically to take on this new role.  While he already had a strong background in mortgage loan closings and compliance, he has had an opportunity to learn more about the overall mortgage process and to further develop his leadership skills. 

Not only has David worked hard to gain knowledge about the software, products, pricing, and much more.  He has exemplified what a true leader should be.  He has proven to be highly respected not only by his Mortgage Operations team, but also by his co-workers in Operations.  In November of 2019, David received his Residential Mortgage Lender Certificate from the American Bankers Association.  This certificate was given after successful completion of more than 20 hours of online courses.

David began his career with CNB in September of 2013 as a Customer Care Specialist, and he has been promoted several times since first joining our team. David and his wife, Jessy, have been married for seven years and have a six-year old son, Parker.
