Kate Burris Promoted

We are pleased to congratulate Kate Burris on her promotion to the position of Olive Branch Bank Manager in May of this year. Kate joined the Olive Branch team in July 2010 as a CSR, and was promoted to CSR Supervisor in November 2012.

With previous experience at First Tennessee Bank, Kate owned and operated her own cleaning business while her children were young. “Then I felt led to get back into banking because I love working with people,” she said,

She and her husband, Chris, have four children: Alexis is 19, Allysa is 17, Allie is 15, and Johnathon is 13. The family attends Mineral Wells United Methodist Church, where Kate has been a member for 20 years. Through their church, Kate says she and her family enjoy volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.

As Jeffrey Smith, CNB’s North MS Regional President recently said, “Kate has been a cornerstone in our Olive Branch market for several years now. Customers truly love her, and she is dedicated to following CNB’s processes. I have no doubt that she will do a great job,” he added.
