Michelle Gibson New Bank Manager in Columbus
Michelle Gibson was recently promoted to the position of Bank Manager at CNB’s North Columbus Banking Centre. With seven and a half years of prior banking experience, Michelle joined our bank in May 2016 as a CSR and was promoted to CSR Supervisor in March 2017.
A lifelong resident of Columbus, she is a graduate of New Hope High School and also attended Mississippi University for Women and East Mississippi Community College. Her community involvement includes serving as Youth Director for the past four years at State Line Baptist Church in Columbus, where she and her family attend. She and her husband, Todd, have been married for 12 ½ years and are parents of a nine year old son, Cooper, and a four year old son, Rooster.
Michelle commented that becoming a CNB bank manager is something that she has always aspired to accomplish, and she is very appreciative that the Bank is giving her this opportunity. “I will always strive to put my customers and employees first and be the best me I can be,” she added.
Jeffrey Smith, CNB’s North Mississippi Regional President recently commented: “Michelle is very intentional in terms of learning and implementing CNB’s processes. She has a ‘can do’ spirit and wants CNB to win. I’m delighted to have her serving as North Columbus Bank Manager as there is no doubt that she will excel in her new position.” Michelle will continue to be assisted by Nikki Kessler who joined the North Columbus team as Assistant Bank Manager in May 2017.
