Promotions and Additions in the West Region

David Jackson, Market President/Relationship Banker

David Jackson has been promoted to the position of Rankin County Market President for Citizens National Bank. 

With 14 years of banking experience, David is originally from Richland, Miss.  Prior to joining Citizens National in September of 2015, Jackson served as a Commercial Relationship Manager and a Vice President at Trustmark Bank in Jackson.  He also served as a Business Relationship Manager with Regions Bank from August 2009 to July 2013 in the markets of Jackson, Miss., and Memphis, Tenn.

From 2003 to 2005, Jackson was employed with Wells Fargo Financial and was recognized on numerous occasions for being a sales leader for his district.

Jeff King, President of CNB’s West Region, recently commented: “David exemplifies the work ethic and consistent calling efforts required to be successful in developing commercial relationships.  He understands our culture, and he applies his knowledge, leadership and expertise in developing our presence in Rankin County by bringing the entire banking relationship of new prospects to our Bank.”     

A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Jackson will begin studies at the Graduate School of Banking at LSU this May. He and his wife, Mary, have been married for 12 years, and are members of Pinelake Church in Flowood.  They have two children – a son, Peyton, who is 11 years old, and a daughter, Marley, who is 9 years old.

Actively involved in the community, Jackson is a member of both the Rankin County and Flowood Chamber of Commerce and the Mississippi Association of General Contractors, and also serves on the Board of the Southwest Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Melody Rosenbaum also recently joined Citizens National Bank’s Madison Banking Centre as Bank Manager.

promoted from the position of a Financial Services Specialist to an Assistant Branch Manager, and later to the position of a Branch Manager. 

Jeff King, Citizens National Bank’s Regional President for the West Region, recently commented:  “We are excited to have Melody join our team, as she brings eight years of professional experience in financial services and small business development to our bank.  Melody’s proven record of successful coaching and sales performance in both retail and small business, along with her interpersonal skills will enhance the success we strive for at our Madison Office,” he added.

A 2009 graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi, Melody received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and also holds a Mississippi Life Insurance license.  Her community involvement includes membership in the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce.

She and her husband, Grant, have been married for two years.
