Lori Stuckey, was recently promoted to serve as Loan Operations Manager at CNB’s Operations Center.
In her new position, Lori is now responsible for the active management of a broad pipeline of loans – including consumer, commercial, and mortgage, Shane Callahan, Chief Operating Officer for CNB, recently commented as follows: “Lori is very bright and highly motivated and is also a quick learner. I have been consistently impressed with her attitude and her productivity over the past couple of years as she has been leading the Mortgage Operations Team. I am confident that she will devote herself to this new position with a high degree of diligence. Her strengths are writing new Best Practices and developing new workflow process to improve efficiency.
Lori knows how to actively manage a loan pipeline and create metrics to ensure service level standards are continually met. She will also be playing an instrumental role to ensure that our Loan Operations area is compliant with State and Federal regulations as well as internal compliance requirements. She has an excellent working relationship with the Bank’s Compliance department. Therefore, she will reach out to our Compliance people and involve them with new projects. Lori is not afraid of changing processes, workflow, or best practices to help improve efficiency for the retail bank and our customers.”
With over 24 years of experience in banking, Lori joined CNB in 2002 as a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist and has been promoted several times during her career at the Bank. She also served as a team leader for the Bank’s migration to the Encompass software.
