Citizens National Bank has learned that fraudulent calls are being made to our customers. Callers are stating they are from "Citizens National Bank" and are spoofing the Bank's telephone number, 601.693.1331. The caller will suggest there has been fraudulent activity and may ask for online banking credentials or other personal information, including the "username" and "password" to your online banking account! Please note that Citizens National Bank will NOT call and ask you to verify information such as your username or password to your online banking account, your social security number or your account number. If you receive a call requesting any of this type of sensitive customer information, please call Citizens National Bank at 601.693.1331.

Russ Rogers Joins Citizens National Bank

Russ Rogers recently joined Citizens National Bank’s South Hattiesburg Banking Centre as Bank Manager.  Rogers was previously employed with Wells Fargo Bank in Hattiesburg for the past four years. 

His customer service experience also includes two years of service with C Spire Wireless as an Account Services Representative, and five years as a Department Shift Leader at Walmart.

Kevin Brewer, CNB’s South Mississippi Regional President, says he is very excited that Rogers has joined the team.  “Russ has a heart to help people.  He is extremely motivated to help his team members to grow and to get better.  His background in retail and small business banking is also a true asset to his customers,” Brewer added.

Rogers and his wife, Katherine, are the proud parents of two daughters:  Anne Faulkner is 6, and Elise is 2.  The family attends Venture Church in Hattiesburg, where he and his wife enjoy their volunteer work with the children’s ministry.  They also enjoy volunteering with the ARC of Hattiesburg, which assists individuals and families with mental disabilities.
