Callers are stating they are from "Citizens National Bank" and are spoofing the Bank's telephone number, 601.693.1331. The caller will suggest there has been fraudulent activity and may ask for online banking credentials or other personal information, including the "username" and "password" to your online banking account! Please note that Citizens National Bank will NOT call and ask you to verify information such as your username or password to your online banking account, your social security number or your account number. What if I get an error message when I try to enroll an email address or U.S. mobile number?

Your email address or U.S. mobile phone number may already be enrolled with Zelle at another bank or credit union. Call our customer support team and ask them to move your email address or U.S. mobile phone number to Citizens National Bank so you can use it for Zelle.

Once customer support moves your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, it will be connected to your Citizens National Bank account so you can start sending and receiving money with Zelle through the Citizens National Bank mobile banking app and online banking.
