Tiffany Burch Joins Citizens National Bank


Hattiesburg, Miss. – Hampton Thames, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank, is excited to welcome Tiffany Burch as Vice President and Treasury Management Officer. Based in Hattiesburg, Tiffany brings more than ten years of experience in banking, with a strong background in helping businesses manage their finances and grow confidently.

A graduate of William Carey University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Tiffany has held several relationship-focused and leadership roles, including branch management, commercial lending, and business development. She most recently focused on treasury services and community engagement efforts—an experience directly supporting her new CNB role.

Tiffany will work alongside businesses throughout Mississippi to deliver tailored treasury management solutions—designed to streamline day-to-day operations, strengthen cash flow, safeguard against fraud, and fuel long-term growth.

Originally from Mize, Tiffany is proud to serve the region she calls home. She’s actively involved in the local business community through Pine Belt Young Professionals, an Area Development Partnership program, and other regional initiatives.
