Brooke Howard Promoted

Brooke has served as the Bank Manager of CNB's Madison Banking Centre since 2013, where she's built trusted relationships with individuals and local businesses alike. In this new position, Brooke will continue doing what she does best—supporting our customers—but with a stronger focus on business clients and treasury services designed to help companies manage cash flow, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently.
"Brooke has always had a heart for service and a strong connection to the people and businesses she works with," said Hampton Thames, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank. "She's earned this opportunity through years of consistent leadership and a proven ability to support the financial needs of local businesses. I'm excited to see how she continues helping our commercial clients grow and thrive in this new role."
A graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Brooke is also an active member of her community. She's involved with the Madison the City Chamber of Commerce, Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce, and Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance. In 2023, she was honored as one of Next Generation Madison's Top 10 Under 40, and most recently, in 2025, she was named a Rising Star: Top 10 Under 40 by the Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance—both awards recognizing her leadership and impact in the local business community.
Brooke's promotion into this new role is a reflection of her dedication, expertise, and the trust she's built with customers over the years. She will continue to be a valuable resource for businesses across the communities she serves.
