Christy Quick Promoted
MERIDIAN, Miss. — Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Christy Quick to assistant vice president. Quick, a long‑tenured and dedicated member of the CNB family, brings more than 15 years of combined service to her new leadership role.Quick originally joined CNB in 1987 and later returned to the organization in 2020. During her tenure with the bank, she has held several key roles including customer service representative, CSR supervisor, loan and new account specialist, retail sales manager and, most recently, bank manager for the Carthage branch.
In her new role as assistant vice president, Quick will continue to lead the Carthage branch while ensuring exceptional service for customers. Her responsibilities include developing and supporting a strong retail staff, fostering a culture of service excellence, deepening customer relationships and encouraging community engagement.
Reflecting on her promotion, Quick shared, “for me, leadership is about being present, staying grounded and helping my team and community grow together.” She added that what she enjoys most about working at CNB is “the feeling of family, which includes both our team and our customers.”
Quick has been recognized for her strong leadership within the organization, earning the North Region Bank Manager of the Year award in both 2021 and 2023. Her background — including 12 years as a mortgage originator prior to rejoining CNB — has equipped her with diverse experience in customer service, lending and branch operations.
