Diane Burnham Promoted


Diane Burnham Promoted Meridian, Miss. — Diane Burnham, who has devoted more than 25 years of service to Citizens National Bank and its customers, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Retail Operations Manager.

Burnham, a seasoned banker since 1983, has served in numerous leadership roles throughout her career. Since joining Citizens National Bank in February 2000, she has held a variety of positions, including Vice President and Bank Manager in Meridian. She later advanced to the role of Senior Vice President and Organizational Development Officer in Human Resources, contributing significantly to the bank's employee development and organizational growth.

"Diane's extensive banking experience and dedication have made a lasting impact," said Scott Sills, Chief Retail Officer at CNB. "She brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role as Executive Vice President, Retail Operations Manager, where she'll focus on improving operational efficiencies to enhance the customer experience. Her leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our service to our customers and driving meaningful improvements across our retail network."

Burnham has actively served the community throughout her career.  She served as county chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life in 2005 and 2006. She is currently serving on the Meridian Community Tennis Association board. She has previously held board positions with the Exchange Club of Meridian, the Southeast Mississippi Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army local division, and the Meridian Museum of Art.  She has been honored by the Meridian Star with several community recognitions, including Reader's Choice for Meridian's Banker of the Year, Woman of the Year, and Unsung Hero.

She is an alumna of the University of West Alabama and, along with her husband Billy, is an active member of Prospect Presbyterian Church in Meridian.
