Erin Jones Promoted

Macon, MS — Citizens National Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Erin Jones to Assistant Vice President, effective immediately. Erin will continue to lead and grow the Macon Branch, where she has served with distinction since joining CNB in 2011.

Erin has built an impressive career path through roles including CSR, CSR Supervisor, Personal Banker, and, most recently, Bank Manager. Her dedication and leadership have been instrumental in the success of the Macon Branch.

Throughout her tenure, Erin has earned multiple accolades, including High Performer Awards in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as Bank Manager of the Year and the Wealth Management Award in 2024. These honors reflect her commitment to excellence and her passion for serving customers and the local community.

“As someone who grew up here, it means a lot to me to work in my hometown,” said Erin. “I’m passionate about helping the people and businesses in our community reach their financial goals. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about seeing neighbors and local businesses succeed—and knowing I’ve played a small part in that journey.”

Erin’s responsibilities will remain consistent with her previous position, but her impact will continue to grow. “My goal is to make my customer feel like they are the most important! Everyone deserves personalized attention and support along their financial journey.”
