Johnny Davidson Promoted

Davidson had been a Senior Vice President and Relationship Banker in CNB’s Madison Branch since 2024. In his new position, he oversees the bank’s Madison and Ridgeland locations and its soon-to-open Gluckstadt location.
“Johnny truly understands the challenges local business owners face—and how Citizens National Bank can be a partner in turning those challenges into opportunities,” said David Jackson, Regional President for Citizens National Bank’s West Region. “He’s committed to helping our customers succeed, because when our communities thrive, we all thrive.”
He will continue to leverage the knowledge and experience he gained as owner and CEO of Central Mississippi Monument Company, which he founded in 2003, grew to encompass seven locations, and sold in 2022. “I am 100% dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs turn their aspirations to reality,” he said.
“I am honored to step into this new role and grateful for the trust and confidence from our leadership,” Davidson added. “I’m excited to serve our team, support our clients, and help drive growth and excellence across our organization.”
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in banking and finance from the University of Mississippi in 1997 and worked in banking as a commercial loan officer before moving into the monument industry.
A native of Canton, Davidson now resides in Madison County. He was part of the Madison County Business League’s 2024 Executive Leadership Class and currently serves on the board of the Gluckstadt Madison Business Alliance. He remains actively involved with both the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, he was accepted into the Madison County Chamber Leadership Class of 2025–2026. Outside of work, he is a member of Pinelake Church in Madison.
