Kelly Menard Promoted

Meridian, Miss. — Kelly Menard, longtime Compliance Manager for Citizens National Bank, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Compliance.

Compliance involves ensuring that the bank adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as the bank’s internal policies. Menard has performed those crucial duties since 1997. She joined CNB as a Customer Service Representative in 1992 and moved to the Internal Audit and Loan Review department in 1993.

Menard is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville. She is an active member of NorthPark Church in Meridian, involved in Upward Basketball and the children’s, music, and women’s ministries.
