Kelly Menard Promoted


Kelly Menard Promoted Meridian, Miss. — Kelly Menard, longtime Compliance Manager for Citizens National Bank, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Director of Compliance.

Compliance involves ensuring that the bank adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as the bank’s internal policies. Menard has performed those crucial duties since 1997. She joined CNB as a Customer Service Representative in 1992 and moved to the Internal Audit and Loan Review department in 1993.

“Kelly continues to amaze us with her knowledge of banking regulations,” said Jeremy Stringer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. “Her expertise is a true asset to our day-to-day operations, and we appreciate her loyalty and dedication to CNB over the years.

While most customers may not see the behind-the-scenes work, our Compliance Department plays a vital role in ensuring we meet and maintain compliance with complex and ever-changing government regulations. Kelly and her team are essential to maintaining the trust our customers place in us and helping us uphold the highest standards of compliance as Mississippi’s community bank. We are grateful for her leadership.”

Menard is a graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville. She is an active member of NorthPark Church in Meridian, involved in Upward Basketball and the children’s, music, and women’s ministries.
