Regina Jefcoat Promoted MERIDIAN, Miss. (December 10, 2025) — Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Regina Jefcoat to Assistant Vice President. Jefcoat, who began her career with the bank in 1986, brings nearly four decades of experience and dedication to her new leadership role.

Reflecting on her promotion, Jefcoat shared, “I am deeply passionate about my work and the bank, but what means the most to me is the sense of family I have found here. I truly enjoy every aspect of what I do.”

Throughout her tenure at Citizens National Bank, Jefcoat has served in a variety of roles including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Representative Supervisor, Mortgage Lender, Commercial Lending Assistant and her current role as Bank Manager. Her role includes mentoring staff, expanding customer relationships, overseeing business development efforts, and encouraging community involvement through local events and financial literacy initiatives.

“Congratulations to Regina on her much-deserved promotion,” said James Brown, regional president for Citizens National Bank’s south region including branches in Hattiesburg, Laurel and Waynesboro. “I look forward to witnessing her continued leadership and service to the community.”
