Welcome Heath Stribling

Welcome Heath Stribling Meridian, Miss. — Hampton Thames, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank, is pleased to announce that longtime Mississippi banker Heath Stribling has joined CNB as Philadelphia Market President, serving the Philadelphia and Meridian areas.

In his new position, Stribling will utilize his extensive and diverse experience in the financial industry. He has held several senior executive positions in banking, including Vice President and Market President, and has worked as a loan officer and an insurance agent, all in Philadelphia.

“As Mississippi’s community bank, we are fortunate to add a talent like Heath to the Citizens National Bank team,” said Neil Henry, Meridian Regional President. “He grew up in Philadelphia, studied banking and finance at East Central Community College and Mississippi State, and has worked in finance for nearly three decades in his hometown. He understands community banking at a very personal level.”

Beyond his professional career, Heath has consistently committed himself to civic and faith-based service. He is an active member and former President of the Philadelphia Rotary Club and has served on the boards of the Philadelphia-Neshoba County Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of East Mississippi. His volunteer work includes contributions to Make-A-Wish—both as a board member and event organizer for fundraisers like the “Wish Upon a Par” tournaments—as well as long-standing involvement with the Philadelphia Sertoma Club, where he served as President during his 15-year membership. He has also supported the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, the Open Arms food ministry, and fundraising efforts for the Boy Scouts of America.

As a volunteer coach, he has mentored hundreds of youth baseball, softball, and soccer players over the past 30-plus years. He is a member of First Methodist Church of Philadelphia.

Citizens National Bank is celebrating 137 years of service as an independent, Mississippi-owned community bank, with locations in Philadelphia, Meridian, Quitman, Olive Branch, Southaven, Hattiesburg, Laurel, Waynesboro, Columbus, Macon, Kosciusko, Carthage, Ridgeland, Madison, and Flowood.
