Wyneda Mclaurin Promoted

MERIDIAN, Miss. — Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Wyneda Mclaurin to talent acquisition officer. In her new role within the bank’s human resources function, Mclaurin will help advance the bank’s recruiting efforts and connect qualified candidates with career opportunities throughout the organization.

Mclaurin joined Citizens National Bank in 2020 and previously served as a universal banker and assistant bank manager. During her tenure with the bank, she graduated from Leadership Lauderdale and received 12 high performer awards.

As talent acquisition officer, Mclaurin will work closely with hiring managers and regional leadership to identify staffing needs, recruit and evaluate applicants, develop candidate pools and support the selection process for open positions. Her responsibilities also include representing the bank at career fairs, building relationships with colleges and community organizations, posting available positions, maintaining recruitment records and helping ensure hiring activities support the bank’s organizational objectives.
